Circuit Program

Work through the following circuits by going from one exercise to the next with little rest. If you need to, take a longer break after the fourth exercise, before beginning the next round.  Take a longer break while setting up for the next circuit. You will also need to choose weights that you are able to finish the prescribed rep range without stopping in the middle of the set.

A) 2-4 Rounds:
10 DB Power Clean and Jerks
12 DB Front Rack Walking Lunges
14 Alternating Renegade Rows
16 Supermans

B)  2-4 Rounds
6 Overhead Squats
10 Calorie Bike
12 Knees to Elbows/Chest
14 Alternating S-arm Bent Over Tricep Kickback

C)  2-4 Rounds:
8 Landmine Rows
16 Alternating DB Rotating Bicep Curls
6 Strict Chin-up
10 DB Lateral Raises
