Circuit Program

Work through the following circuits by going from one exercise to the next with little rest. If you need to, take a longer break after the fourth exercise, before beginning the next round.  Take a longer break while setting up for the next circuit. You will also need to choose weights that you are able to finish the prescribed rep range without stopping in the middle of the set.

A) 2-4 Rounds:
10 Barbell Good Mornings
8 Alternating Forward Lunges – Back Rack
6/6 S-arm KB Split Row
8 Hanging Straight-leg Raises

B)  2-4 Rounds
5 Deadlift
12 Ab Wheel Rollouts
15 Cable Rope High Pull
12 Cable Rope Bicep Curl

C)  2-4 Rounds:
15 Calorie Bike
20 KB Waking Lunges – Farmer Carry
20 Cable Crunch
9 Strict Pull-up
