Circuit Program

Work through the following circuits by going from one exercise to the next with little rest. If you need to, take a longer break after the fourth exercise, before beginning the next round.  Take a longer break while setting up for the next circuit. You will also need to choose weights that you are able to finish the prescribed rep range without stopping in the middle of the set.

A) 2-4 Rounds:
12 Empty Barbell Good Mornings
15 Push Press
12 Calorie Row
15 Box Jumps

B)  2-4 Rounds
10 KB Facing Burpees
11 Double Russian KB Swings
12 Double KB Front Squats
13 KB Bent-over Row

C)  2-4 Rounds:
6 DB Power Snatch 2 Front Squat
12 Calorie Bike
16 Wall Balls
12 DB Chest Press
