Alternating between 2 movements:
1. 50% Max Handstand Push-ups or DB Push Press
2. 5 Tall Box Jumps (Increase height each round)

B) AMRAP 15:00
5 Push Jerk (115/95/75/65)
10 Deadlifts (115/95/75/65)
15 Box Jumps (24/20”)
