Circuit Program

Work through the following circuits by going from one exercise to the next with little rest. If you need to, take a longer break after the fourth exercise, before beginning the next round.  Take a longer break while setting up for the next circuit. You will also need to choose weights that you are able to finish the prescribed rep range without stopping in the middle of the set.

A) 2-4 Rounds:
5 Strict Pull-ups
10 DB Hang Squat Clean Thrusters
15 Calorie Bike
Ab Wheel Rollouts

B)  2-4 Rounds
5 Double DB Power Snatch to Front Squat
10 Cable Lat Pulldown
18 Alt S-arm DB Power Snatch
14 Push-ups

C)  2-4 Rounds:
12 American KB Swing
12 Box Jump Overs
12 Wall Balls
12 Calorie Row
