8 Russian KB Swings
10 Med Ball Cleans
8 Push-up Down-dog
10 V-ups

A) 5 Sets:
2 Tempo Back Squat (:07 eccentric, :03 pause at bottom, fast up)

B) 12:00 AMRAP:
3 American KB Swing
3 Box Jump Overs
3 Wall Balls
* Add 3 Reps to each movement every new round (3-6-9, etc…)
