Circuit Program

Work through the following circuits by going from one exercise to the next with little rest. If you need to, take a longer break after the fourth exercise, before beginning the next round.  Take a longer break while setting up for the next circuit. You will also need to choose weights that you are able to finish the prescribed rep range without stopping in the middle of the set.

A) 2-4 Rounds:
5 Strict Pull-ups
10 Thrusters
12 Calorie Row
15 Straight-leg Sit-ups

B)  2-4 Rounds
10 Med Ball Cleans
16 Push Press
12 Cable Lat Pulldown
16 Alternating Cossack Squats or Side Lunges

C)  2-4 Rounds:
15 TRX Rows
15 DB Hang Squat Clean
5 Burpee Pull-up
10 DB Walking Lunges – Front Rack
