Circuit Program

Work through the following circuits by going from one exercise to the next with little rest. If you need to, take a longer break after the fourth exercise, before beginning the next round.  Take a longer break while setting up for the next circuit. You will also need to choose weights that you are able to finish the prescribed rep range without stopping in the middle of the set.

A) 2-4 Rounds:
1:00 Mini Band Glute Activation
10/10 S-leg Banded RDL (each side; non-alt)
10 Plate Ground 2 Overhead
10 Plate Squat Taps

B)  2-4 Rounds
4 Back Squats
6 Strict Chin-ups
8 DB Power Clean
50 Single Unders

C)  2-4 Rounds:
10 DB Prone Bench Row
20 Alt S-arm DB Chest Press
10 DB Push Press
20 GHD Hip Extensions or Superman :05 Hold
