3 Steady Rounds:
5 Negative Handstand Push-ups (HSPU)
10 Heavy Med Ball Walking Lunges
15 Kip Swings

A) 3 Sets:
3 Back Squats @ 87.5
9 DB Chest Press – Neutral Grip

B) For Time:
75 HSPU or DB Push Press (50/35/20)
75 Calorie Bike
* Split up however you want. Just get it done!

C) EMOM 10 Minutes:
9 Toes 2 Bar or Knees 2 Elbows/Ches
