5 Back Squat @ 75%
6 Push Press @ 80%
7 Negative Bar Bicep Curls

B) 8 Rounds For Time:
10/7 Calorie Row
8 Front Squats (135/115/95/75)
6 Strict Handstand Push-ups

C) 3 Sets:
10 Lateral Raises
10 Cable Rope Tricep Pulldown
