Circuit Program

Work through the following circuits by going from one exercise to the next with little rest. If you need to, take a longer break after the fourth exercise, before beginning the next round.  Take a longer break while setting up for the next circuit. You will also need to choose weights that you are able to finish the prescribed rep range without stopping in the middle of the set.

A) 2-4 Rounds:
:45 Wall Sit
10 Inverted TRX/Ring Rows
10 Double DB Hang Power Snatch
10 Lateral Burpee Over DBs

B)  2-4 Rounds
8 Strict Pull-ups
10 DB Squat Cleans
12 Alt S-arm DB Power Snatch
14 Alt DB Rotating Bicep Curl

C)  2-4 Rounds:
18 Calorie Row
14 DB Thrusters
12 DB Chest Press – Neutral Grip
8/8 S-leg DB Romanian Deadlifts
