10 Lateral Bar Burpees

A) Squat Cleans

* Every 2:00
* Non-Olympic Lifters do 4 DB Squat Cleans starting from the floor in between the legs every 2:00 x 6

B) For Time: 15-12-9-6
Chest 2 Bar Pull-ups or Pull-ups
Power Snatch (135/95/65)

C) 3 Rounds Not For Time:
12 Alt DB Rotating Bicep Curls
15 V-ups
8/8 S-arm DB Tricep Kickback (each side; non-alt)
