QUARANTINE WORKOUT
5/27/20

Do to the Covid-19 crisis, I will be posting 1 workout each day across all programs. These will be simple, at-home workouts with minimal equipment. DO get creative! Stuff like bags filled with books can be used as substitutes for heavy objects. Be safe, be smart, stay healthy, stay strong.

A) Warm-up:

B)18:00 AMRAP:
9 Power Clean (135/95/65)
12 Handstand Push-ups
9 Front Squats
12 Strict Pull-up

C) For Completion:
50 Band Pull Aparts
50 Band Fly Press
50 Band Hammer Curl
100 Hollow Rocks
50 Band Hammer Curl
50 Band Fly Press
50 Band Pull Aparts
