Trainer Joel’s challenging circuits are for those wanting to get strong and shred. Always a great burn! Ready to get started?

The Circuit Program consists of 3 challenging, full body circuit workouts per week. The workouts contain both strength and conditioning aspects. Your heart rate with stay elevated through each circuit and you’ll burn a lot of calories while you get super strong! Each workout includes 3 circuits of 4 exercises designed to push your limits and test your abilities. Move through the circuits to the best of your ability. These are “Not For Time” circuits, meaning you can rest as needed. If you are a trainer, these are great workouts with which to push your clients to keep moving and work hard! Movements have scaling options for all abilities. The goal is to do 3 sets of each circuit.  Scale down to 2 for beginners, or try a 4th set when you’re a pro!

Workouts are posted Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
