POWER HOUR

Strength and condition training in one workout! These workouts should take between 60 and 90 minutes. They include an active warm-up, strength pieces, and conditioning pieces, even some optional olympic lifting at times. If you are a trainer, these are great workouts to use with your clients and will keep them guessing, as well as getting results.
This is a lower volume competitive training program, with modifications, for the athlete or client who wants to be in and out of the gym quickly.  Workouts have Any-Gym-Friendly options. Workouts are posted for Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
